If I join a space, can people see my bank balance?
No. Joining a space never shows your personal accounts. Only sharing you turn on, account by account, does that.
Does the app sell my data or show ads?
No. There are no ads and no trackers, and your data is never sold.
Is my password safe?
It is never stored as readable text. Your login on the phone is kept in its secure storage, and all traffic to the server is encrypted.
Can I use the app offline?
You can look at your data offline, because a copy is kept on your device. Saving changes needs an internet connection, and the app tells you clearly when it can't save.
